The Kentucky Dragonfly Inn
Mammoth Cave National Park
Park City, KY
Mammoth Cave National Park begins less than a mile from our back door in Park City, the historic approach to the cave region by the Mammoth Cave Railroad. Ride bikes to the photo op at the park entrance sign or, if you're adventurous take it 9 miles to the Visitors Center! Please note: unlike many primarily flat rail trails, this path follows our hilly terrain and is challenging in places.
Our house and store were owned and occupied by the Square Deal Lumber Company family from it's construction in 1891 until just a few years ago. It's not every home that is loved by just one family for over a hundred years-- We cherish its history and would love to share it with you! Check in early afternoons and we are happy to give you a tour!
For those who love to travel, but want to feel at home.
This historic home on the Mammoth Cave Railroad Bike &Hike Trail is just off I-65 and one mile from the entrance to the National Park.
Each space is designed with a particular traveling style in mind. Whether you select a private queen room, a family suite, or a friends' retreat, stretch out and enjoy our home as your own.
Starting in April, we will serve a continental style breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries. Our weekend breakfasts will be served on Friday and Saturday mornings. Please be sure to advise us of any allergies at the time of registration.
